Member Login Instructions

Logging In and Account Management

  1. Initial Login:
    • Username/Password: Use your member number for both.
    • Change Credentials: After logging in, go to ‘My Account’ > ‘Account Settings’.
    • Update Details: Enter new Username, Password, and Repeat Password. Click ‘Save Changes’.
    • Important: Update phone number, email, and address if these fields are blank.
  2. Troubleshooting:
    • If you cannot log in, contact the Golf Shop (250-426-6462) for a reset.

Reviewing Statements

  1. Accessing Statements:
    • Go to ‘My Account’ (defaults to ‘Statements’ tab).
    • Choose a month to view its details.
    • Transaction Details: Click on transactions to see receipts.
    • Print Statement: Select ‘Print Statement’ to download a PDF.

Booking Tee Times

  1. Step 1: Select date and number of players. Click ‘Search for Tee Times’.
  2. Step 2: Choose an hour, then a specific time. Note:
    • First column: Number of players booked.
    • Second column: Number of players available.
    • View existing player names by clicking the number.
  3. Step 3: Add other players’ names or leave blank. For multiple bookings, name the first player of each tee time.
  4. Step 4: Review and agree to terms and conditions. Optionally add a note.
  5. Step 5: Review and finalize your confirmed tee time.

Managing Tee Times

  • View/Cancel/Edit: Go to ‘My Tee Times’ to see all your bookings, regardless of booking method (online or phone).
